Your task

support the nursing reference person in process-oriented care and support
check care quality processes with structured observation and bedside teaching
actively participate in direct care
further develop concepts and work in specialist groups

Our requirements

passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
professional experience as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent
a solution-oriented and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
