What you can achieve
- Professional, personnel (10 employees), financial and organizational management of the Department of Structure Improvements and Land Law
- Participation in the management of the Office for Agriculture
- Representation of the department within the office and externally
- Processing and assessment of structure improvement projects (road construction, drainage, water supplies, etc.)
- Submission of applications to the subsidy authorities
- Controlling and billing of construction projects
- Supervision and advice to clients
- Contact with authorities and customers
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
What distinguishes you for this
- Completed university degree as cultural, agronomy, construction, environmental or forestry engineer ETH/FH or equivalent education
- Proven leadership experience
- Good negotiation skills and advisory ability
- Ability to coordinate diverse tasks and lead independently
- High assertiveness as well as negotiation skills
- Initiative and flexible personality
- Confident expression in spoken and written language
- Good IT skills
