About the job
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the organization and administration of continuing education programs (admission and registration procedures, detailed planning, organization of teaching units, evaluation of teaching assessments, appointment management, qualification steps, grade dispatch, organization of events within the continuing education program, etc.).
- You support and advise program managers, lecturers, and continuing education participants administratively and organizationally.
- You advise prospective continuing education participants on inquiries in person or by email.
- You are responsible for the organization and administration of our events (information events, lectures, internal events, and (international) conferences) and ensure professional execution.
- You take over room coordination for the institute as part of scheduling.
- At the institute, you are responsible for the CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and are simultaneously a power user of the software.
- If possible and interested, you can take on additional tasks such as assisting in projects, participating in committees, or performing assistant tasks for the secretariat management as well as for the institute management assistance in administrative and organizational tasks.
Your Profile
- You have a solid commercial education as well as several years of qualified professional experience (preferably in event management, education, or the service sector).
- You are enthusiastic about events and organization and independently take on organizational tasks – also during occasional evening events.
- You enjoy a responsible and varied activity and like to work independently.
- You have experience in independently planning, coordinating, and solving organizational tasks.
- You are sociable, communicative, and remain friendly and confident when dealing with various stakeholders, even in hectic situations.
- You use the German language confidently; ideally, you also have English skills.
- You have solid MS Office skills and a flair for IT applications and web platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or comparable CRM systems is an advantage, but we also welcome your application if you have a strong interest in working with CRM software and its application.
- Service and team orientation are a matter of course for you.
- You are a resilient and flexible personality with a high awareness of quality.
