The competent and collegial team of Rettungsdienste NordWestSchweiz AG ensures qualified preclinical emergency care for around 127,000 inhabitants at the Reinach BL and Breitenbach SO locations 365 days a year.

We carry out approximately 7,000 missions per year in a rural operational area.

The training to become a Certified Paramedic HF prepares you for diverse tasks in emergency services. The focus is on preclinical emergency care in primary and secondary missions of all urgency levels. You ensure quick and professional care of patients and, together with your team partners / trainers, ensure smooth operational readiness.

Essentially, you will deal with the following tasks:

• Mission management
• Cooperation within the team as well as with other professionals and occupational groups
• Preclinical treatment and care of patients
• Rescue and transport
• Management of equipment, materials, and vehicles
• Adhering to ethical and legal principles and reflecting on your own actions
