a lawyer

• Training in Swiss law and a lawyer's licence
• Knowledge of health law and commercial law and/or a strong interest in these fields and a desire to develop skills in them
• Mastery of the fundamental principles of law and their application
• Openness to new technologies and the ability to adapt quickly to new legal environments
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of political issues concerning the health sector
• Efficiency, flexibility, and willingness to fully commit to the role
• Fluency in French and good knowledge of German and English
