Committed to sustainability, we shape electromobility with innovative drives, charging devices, and mobility concepts. The Designwerk team, consisting of around 200 employees, successfully brings sustainable commercial vehicles and own products to the road.
Your Area of Responsibility
- Ensuring administrative processes in after-sales
- Supporting customer service including ensuring availability
- Preparation of offers, order confirmations, invoices, and circulars to partners
- Administrative support of customer projects
- Maintenance and updating of master data (items, debtors, contacts) and service portal information
- Administrative support in network development, product improvements, and complaint management
- Checking open tasks (e.g., processing lists for new vehicles, complaint tool, improvement proposals)
- Support in organizing training, events, and network meetings (quarterly / semi-annually)
- Participation in the further development and optimization of aftersales processes
Your Advantages
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in sales, customer service, or after-sales is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge desirable
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Very good oral and written German and French
skills as well as good oral English skills are mandatory - Team-oriented personality with high service orientation and communication skills
- Flair for organization and planning
