Your future challenges and tasks are multiple:
As a Housekeeper / Chambermaid, you are responsible for the daily preparation, cleanliness, and hygiene of the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. You contribute globally to customer satisfaction and the brand image through the quality of your work and the exemplary nature of your behavior. You are responsible for the general upkeep of the rooms assigned to you, as well as the common areas. Finally, you perform your duties within the quality standards and operating procedures defined by the MGallery Collection brand and the hotel General Management.
Your main missions and responsibilities will be:
- Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of rooms according to the quality and excellence standards of the MGallery brand and our hotel;
- Ensure the presentation of rooms and suites (bedding, sanitary facilities, floors, furniture) to guarantee the comfort and satisfaction of our clients;
- Replace bed and bath linen, replenish welcome products and minibar as needed;
- Respect current hygiene and safety standards;
- Take care of furniture, equipment, and report any malfunction or need for repair;
- Provide discreet and efficient service while responding courteously to specific client requests;
- Work closely with the housekeeping team and technical service to ensure perfect coordination;
- Know the services offered by the hotel, inform clients upon request, encourage them to use them, and direct them to the right service to make a reservation;
- Convey the image of the hotel and brand by embodying the Heartist spirit in interactions with clients and colleagues;
- Respect and ensure respect for the commitments of the sustainable development policy undertaken by the establishment (energy saving, recycling, waste sorting...).
- A successful first experience in a similar position, ideally within a luxury hotel, would be a plus;
- Dynamic, organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented;
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a professional attitude under all circumstances;
- Discretion, courtesy, and responsiveness.
