Team Leader, Supplementary Benefits (Additional Benefits) 80% - 100%
A versatile leadership role in an exciting environment.
Together with a team of around 20 customer advisors, you are responsible for the legally compliant calculation and payment of additional benefits to AHV/IV. In addition to leadership tasks, you are the contact person for our partner municipalities and thus make an important contribution to sustainable customer retention. As a team leader, you promote the professional and personal development of the employees. You critically question existing processes constructively and promote continuous improvement with your ideas and persistence, especially with regard to digitalization. Together with the management team, you actively contribute to the continuous development and optimization of all processes in the area of supplementary benefits. Through close collaboration, you help ensure a uniform, efficient, and customer-oriented service and guarantee the implementation of goals and corporate values.

You bring: a commercial education as well as business management training (HF or FH). Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry as well as leadership experience. And of course, lots of enthusiasm for your new role.
You have a quick grasp, are solution-oriented, and enjoy change. You deal constructively with different interests. You have a positive view of people and a healthy critical perspective on yourself. You know how to create a work environment where your employees have the freedom to carry out their tasks and contribute ideas. You promote dialogue at eye level and are not afraid to convey clear messages in a respectful manner. You are convinced that mutual constructive feedback is an opportunity for development. You are skilled in both written and oral expression and know how to use your presentation skills profitably. In short: you share our understanding of leadership and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment where you can make a difference.
