- Responsible for developing and implementing a communication strategy for our flagship hotel Chenot Palace Weggis in key source markets and emerging markets in collaboration with colleagues from sales, revenue management, and digital marketing.
- Responsible for the PR strategy for Chenot Palace Weggis, working with the Chenot Director of Marketing and PR to ensure alignment with the overarching PR goals of the Chenot Group
- Continuous coordination and project initiation with our leading PR agencies (biweekly conference calls and regular in-person meetings)
- Planning, organizing, and on-site management of journalist visits (and influencers)
- Securing and scheduling interview appointments with our spokesperson Dr. George Gaitanos
- Supporting the planning and organization of PR and customer loyalty events and partnerships in our key supplier and growth markets (may include international travel)
- Maintaining the journalist and influencer database and contact management (relationship building)
- Developing and producing marketing materials in line with our C/I
- Leading all internal (and external) communication in line with the company’s C/I
- Managing the creation of hotel presentations and internal supporting materials
- Independently tracking our budget and forecasts (invoice control) in coordination with the responsible property and corporate staff
- Creating monthly PR and marketing reports with performance updates based on established KPIs
- Trend research and competitive analysis
Qualifications & Competencies
- Passion for health and wellness as well as understanding of new trends in this area
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, PR, or a related field in hospitality
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing/PR in luxury hospitality or wellness industry with proven leadership experience
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written) are essential
- Strong network of media contacts and partnerships in the wellness and luxury industry
- Experience communicating with a global HNW audience: excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools
- Proactive, highly motivated, and reliable team player with attention to detail
- Creative nature with a results-oriented mindset and excellent project management skills
- A deep understanding of luxury customer expectations and the ability to tailor marketing messages accordingly
- Passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences through impactful marketing strategies
