Are you dynamic, committed, and want to advance your career in institutional asset management? As a Client Advisor for Pension Funds, you will take over the management of an existing client portfolio of small and medium-sized, autonomous or semi-autonomous pension funds. At the same time, you are responsible for expanding this portfolio and acquiring new clients in the target segment. In this exciting role, you also support our pension fund specialists in daily business and actively contribute to the success of our team.
Your Tasks
- Managing an existing client portfolio in the area of small and medium-sized, autonomous and semi-autonomous pension funds
- Expanding the portfolio through targeted acquisition of new clients in the target segment
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through active relationship management
- Developing customized solutions in collaboration with clients and internal product specialists
- Supporting the pension fund specialists in daily business
- Participating in customer events and representing the bank at relevant occasions
Your Profile
- You are dynamic, committed, and have already gained initial experience in institutional asset management
- Higher education (e.g., Bachelor, MAS, FA Financial Planner / Banking Specialist, Business Economist HF/FH or equivalent); further training in the area of investments (e.g., AZEK) is an advantage
- Knowledge of the pension market and ideally an existing network in the pension fund industry
- Enjoy acquiring new clients and managing existing customer relationships
- Convincing appearance, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a structured, goal-oriented way of working
- Team player mentality as well as a high level of responsibility
- Excellent language skills in German and English
