About the job

• Operational and professional leadership of the area distribution team including internal mail with a total of approx. 15 employees
• Participation in cross-departmental projects
• Ensuring timely and professional customer orders including coordination with partners and service providers (Service & Support)
• Responsible for compliance with quality assurance, hygiene standards, and legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety, postal and mail secrecy)
• Reviewing and managing relevant documents on process flows, work instructions, and training as well as collecting and monitoring key figures

• Completed training, e.g. as a logistics specialist in distribution
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are an advantage (F, I)
• Good IT skills (MS Office) and SAP knowledge
• Reliable, solution-oriented personality with a high service orientation
• Responsible person with strong communication skills as well as an independent, structured way of working
