This is the job - Your main tasks

Consulting owners, project developers, and operators in the strategic planning, conception, and realization of data centers and digital infrastructure in the context of industrial and commercial real estate.
Taking over the client representation and accompanying implementation projects – from analysis and procurement through tendering and construction phase to final acceptance.
Conducting technical Due Diligence (TDD) and assessments to evaluate existing properties regarding their digital infrastructure, potentials, risks, and sustainability.
Developing future-proof concepts for critical trades (power, climate, security, network) and ensuring quality according to relevant standards (e.g., EN 50600, TIA-942).
Building the bridge from physical infrastructure to smart building solutions, by considering the integration of building management systems (BMS), OT systems, and IoT platforms.
Leading demanding consulting projects and moderating workshops with interdisciplinary teams from architecture, technical building equipment (TGA) planning, and IT.

This job is for you if

You have a degree in engineering, (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of experience in the planning, construction, operation, or consulting of data centers and like to apply your expertise in the context of large construction and real estate projects (especially in the area of TGA).
You possess deep, interdisciplinary technical understanding of the central trades of a data center (power supply/UPS, air conditioning, physical security, network).
You have a pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking ability to solve complex challenges in a structured way.
Thanks to your confident demeanor and communication skills, you can prepare complex technical issues understandably for different target groups.
You show a high degree of initiative and responsibility and like to think and act entrepreneurially.
You communicate fluently in German and English.

As a cherry on top, you bring

Experience with OT/SCADA systems, especially from building automation (BMS), or with IoT platforms in the smart building context.
Knowledge in OT security or IT security for critical infrastructures (KRITIS).
Certifications in the data center environment (e.g., CDCP®, CDCS®, TÜV TSI), in OT security (e.g., IEC 62443), or in project management (e.g., HERMES Advanced or IPMA).
