For our accommodation business located in the outstanding 5-star ski area, we are looking for you from December 2025 to April 2026:
 

Receptionist

at the Arosa Mountain Lodge of Arosa Bergbahnen AG

Your tasks

• Processing all reservation and booking inquiries by email and phone
• Welcoming and saying goodbye as well as check-in, check-out of guests, guest advice and care
• Collection, cash and daily closings, issuing ski tickets, etc.
• Assistance in other departments (if needed)

Your profile

• Open, friendly, nice personality with joy in satisfied guests, team player
• Very good written and spoken knowledge of German and English, additional languages are an advantage
• Understanding Swiss dialect is an advantage
• Confident, courageous appearance
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office/Protel or other hotel reservation system)
• Passion and joy to experience the Graubünden mountain world with all its winter activities (knowledge of the Arosa Lenzerheide destination is an advantage)
