Your Tasks
- Active, independent, and responsible participation in an interdisciplinary team of trauma and reconstructive surgery, orthopedics, and possibly general/visceral surgery
- Participation in on-call trauma surgery and orthopedics service
- Support in the further development of clinic standards and structures
Your Profile
- You are a specialist (m/f/d) in orthopedics and trauma surgery, preferably with the additional qualification in special trauma surgery and/or special orthopedics and experience in occupational accident medical procedures
- You live an independent, committed, and exemplary working style, enjoy training assistant physicians, as well as collaborating in an interdisciplinary team and understanding patient concerns
- Ideally, you already have experience in staff management
- You possess a high level of commitment, team spirit, and social competence
- Resilience, a high sense of responsibility, and flexibility are natural for you
- You actively bring innovation and openness to restructuring within existing guidelines
