Clerk Assembly/Disposition
The overhead line construction division is the construction company of Furrer+Frey AG and, with a team of around 130 employees, is responsible for the planning, supervision, and execution of various projects. In this versatile role, you take on a central role in the disposition of personnel and heavy equipment. You ensure smooth, efficient use of resources and coordinate internal as well as external stakeholders. In doing so, you work closely with construction management, tenants, landlords, and the team leadership and make an important contribution to the productivity, safety, and quality of our projects. We are looking for reinforcement for our team in Bern.
Tasks
- Management and coordination of personnel and heavy equipment disposition to ensure high utilization
- Planning and coordination of equipment deployments with construction management, tenants, landlords, and internal departments
- Organization of rail and special transports to the deployment site
- Rental of third-party equipment as well as involvement in personnel leasing
- Administrative tasks such as reporting from assembly personnel, invoicing, recording equipment usage, issuing offers
- Site visits and team substitutions
Requirements
- Commercial or technical EFZ education with several years of professional experience
- Experience in the rail, construction, or assembly industry is an advantage
- Very good German and French skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office programs and IT affinity
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Solution-oriented, resilient personality, a team player
