Workshop Manager 100%
In this management position, you organize and coordinate the work of our workshop team with great expertise and oversight. You ensure that all repair and maintenance work is carried out on time and with high qualitative and quantitative standards. You competently advise your employees, support them with demanding tasks, and pitch in yourself when needed. Additionally, you actively participate in apprentice training and support the person responsible for vocational training.
For this demanding role, you have successfully completed training as an automotive diagnostician with a federal certificate of competence. Ideally, you already have some professional and leadership experience. You are a communicative personality with a high level of commitment, keep a cool head even in hectic situations, and impress with your organizational talent and flexibility. If you are also between 30 and 45 years old and hold a valid category B driving license, we definitely want to get to know you.
