In the dynamic business area of brand profiling, we are looking for reinforcement in the position of Inside Sales Coordinator (a) 80-100%.
Your Tasks
- Operational order processing from briefing to after-sales service within our software environment
- Customer-specific tasks in an interdisciplinary project team
- Processing and monitoring of the entire order processing in cooperation with various internal and external departments
- Scheduling and ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Telephone and written support of the customer base
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training or further education in the commercial field
- Solid professional experience in order processing or comparable positions
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Organized, structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- Strong communication skills and high customer and service orientation
- Networked and entrepreneurial thinking
- Agile and digital mindset as well as a high degree of resilience
