Your Tasks

Operational order processing from briefing to after-sales service within our software environment
Customer-specific tasks in an interdisciplinary project team
Processing and monitoring of the entire order processing in cooperation with various internal and external departments
Scheduling and ensuring timely delivery of orders
Telephone and written support of the customer base

Your Profile

Completed commercial basic training or further education in the commercial field
Solid professional experience in order processing or comparable positions
Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
Organized, structured, independent, and reliable way of working
Strong communication skills and high customer and service orientation
Networked and entrepreneurial thinking
Agile and digital mindset as well as a high degree of resilience
