The position is attached to the Department of Clinical Neurosciences . This department provides care to patients of all ages, children and adults, suffering from neurosurgical, neurological, ophthalmological, and otorhinolaryngological pathologies. Care is adapted to the needs and difficulties of the patient, from the most acute sectors (intermediate care units) to rehabilitation sectors (neurorehabilitation).
The department's goal is to guide the patient towards regaining autonomy through teaching, support, and outpatient follow-up. It ensures the operation of patients as well as their support to promote early return home. In the same spirit, outpatient care is also favored and surgical activity optimized to facilitate access to care within a reasonable timeframe.
Job Description
As an occupational therapist, you provide, under medical prescription, occupational therapy treatments for outpatients in the Orthopedics Service, mainly in hand surgery.
You manage and update patient files by documenting interventions as well as clinical information. You record and/or bill the services provided.
You establish therapeutic goals during interdisciplinary meetings (notably surgeon / physiotherapists and specialized occupational therapists).
You participate in projects of the occupational therapy teams and the Surgery and Clinical Neurosciences departments.
Qualifications
You hold a HES occupational therapist diploma or an equivalent recognized diploma.
You master basic computer tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
You have a proven interest or clinical expertise in hand therapy (orthoses and rehabilitation) and orthopedics.
You are autonomous and possess a significant capacity for schedule adaptation with a developed sense of priorities.
You know how to manage stress when facing multiple simultaneous demands.
You demonstrate organizational skills, analysis, and synthesis of information.
You show dynamism, communication skills, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
You have a sense of responsibility, initiative, and are reliable and flexible.

This position requires schedule flexibility, activity spread over 5 days from Monday to Friday.
