Your Tasks
- Treatment of predominantly inpatient patients with palliative and geriatric medical conditions as well as extrapyramidal motor disorders
- Participation in outpatient hand therapy is possible
- Personnel management of the inpatient team
- Overall planning overview of all inpatient occupational therapy specialist areas, support of the coordination-responsible employees if necessary
In close cooperation with the co-leader in the outpatient area, you also take on: - Responsibility for the finances and controlling of the department
- Promotion of the professional development of the department (collaboration with practice development)
- Participation in the development of interdisciplinary processes
- Supervision of students is possible
Your Profile
You are an organizational talent and have successfully completed training as an occupational therapist with SRK recognition or a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy. Ideally, you already have several years of leadership experience, combined with high social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration. As a committed and empathetic personality, you value teamwork, are proactive, resilient, and flexible. You like to take responsibility and are used to working independently.
