Polymechanic – 2-Shift Operation
Activities
- Set up CNC machining centers based on documentation
- Independently program and optimize CNC and ABB robot programs
- Secure, document, and optimize CNC machining processes as well as automation processes in series production robustly
- Create, adjust, and manage setup data sheets
- Program, sample, and document automation processes
- Instruct and supervise employees
- Ensure and document production quality and quantity
- Conduct process analyses and implement measures in consultation
- Active participation in our Lean philosophy
- Assist with maintenance and servicing work
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training with a focus on machining processes (polymechanic, toolmaker, etc.)
- Experience in application and programming in CNC machining and robotics
- Motivated to develop and secure robust processes
- Willingness to work 3-shift operation
- Team player
