Social Pedagogue or Certified Nursing Specialist in Psychiatry (80%)
For the residential group Wohnheim, we are looking for an additional team member starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
You will work in an 8-person team from the social pedagogy professional group and care for around 16 adult clients in the inpatient area. In the evenings and on weekends, you are responsible for emergency coverage of the entire institution. Working hours are between 6:45 a.m. and 9:15 p.m. (Mon-Fri). On average, you work two weekend days per month from 1:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
Your main tasks
- Consultation and assistance / accompaniment and support in coping with everyday life (key person system)
- Contacts with referring agencies, payers, doctors, relatives
- Various administrative tasks related to case management
- Guidance and support with practical everyday tasks
- Participation in admissions and discharges of clients, medical and social pedagogical measures, and implementation of meaningful support planning
- Support and accompaniment of leisure activities
Requirements
- Completed training in social pedagogy or nursing
- High degree of independence, good organizational skills
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- You are committed and enjoy working in a team
- You are resilient and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts (no night shifts)
