Your tasks
- Business partner and analytical support of the AMEOS regions in the preparation of financial planning, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS as well as preparation of statistics & analyses
- Systematic monitoring, evaluation and verification of measures to improve results as well as the associated further development of project controlling tools and reporting
- Validation and business assessment of investment calculations and business cases as well as optimization of investment controlling of the AMEOS group
- Participation in the integration and establishment of new facilities in the AMEOS group
- Analysis and commentary on key business figures as well as derivation of recommendations for action for management
- Close cooperation with specialist departments, project management and regional controlling
- Management of specialist projects and participation in various cross-departmental projects
- Further development and administration of our IBM Cognos TM1 environment
- Support and active participation in the further development and optimization of financial and controlling systems
- Preparation of regular reports and presentations for management
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a business degree with a focus on finance/controlling or ideally have comparable qualifications
- Professional experience in finance/controlling, as well as knowledge of the Swiss or German hospital and healthcare system
- Team commitment is the key to overall success for you
- You are familiar with OR/IFRS standards and the corresponding regulations
- Excellent numerical understanding as well as pronounced analytical skills
- System affinity and experience with SAP FI/CO with BI tools
- IT affinity and knowledge of IBM Cognos TM1 are a plus
- Confidence and proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel
