Specialist Day Structure (Workload: 50% - 80%, Monday to Friday)
Your tasks are:
- Resource- and solution-oriented support for clients in the daily routine of the day structure
- Promotion of their development potential
- Cooperative work with reference persons
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration to create a needs-based day structure
- Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary forums
What you bring:
- Degree as a social educator HF/FH or specialist in care with a focus on disability support or equivalent training
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting individuals
- Observational skills and joy in valuing the support of individuals
- Openness to new solutions and reflecting on one's own actions
- Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
