- Operate and monitor automatic CNCs Centers and fully automatic assembly line machines to ensure efficient and qualitive production of the parts.
- Quality controls of the parts with manual gauges.
- Adjust and Change of Cutting tools at the CNCs
- Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Machining & assembly line machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product quality.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections.
- Other duties as required.
Your profile
- 3+ years of related experience in operating automatic CNCs and assembly lines.
- High School Diploma. Trade School preferred.
