We are an owner-managed SME with 15 employees and have been working as a contract manufacturer for demanding industrial customers for over 30 years. Our main competencies include CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, and the assembly of smaller assemblies. Additionally, we offer the production of ready-to-install mechanical parts according to individual customer requirements.
Your tasks:
- Setting up, programming, and operating our Okuma CNC lathes and the Okuma CNC turning/milling center with holder automation
- Independently manufacturing prototypes and small series from various materials
- Responsible quality inspection of the manufactured parts
- Continuous optimization of production processes
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or comparable education
- Experience in setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes
- Knowledge of Mastercam and Okuma dialog programming is an advantage
- Reliable, precise, and independent working style
- Goal orientation and motivation for continuous development
