Job Description

• Responsibility for the smooth operation of the service and coordination between kitchen, team, and guests

• Planning of shifts and resources so that everyone knows what to do

• Supporting the team during service times – where it counts the most

• Ensuring quality and standards as well as professional management of complaints

• Promoting and developing the team to optimally utilize each individual’s potential

Qualifications

• You have extensive experience in the hotel industry and know the processes of a hotel from your own practice
• Organizational talent combined with leadership and social skills
• Resilience, flexibility, and a cool head even in hectic moments
• Hands-on mentality and joy in actively contributing yourself
• High quality awareness and sensitivity to guests
• Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
