Your area of responsibility
- Deployment in all kitchen stations
- Preparation and provision of the entire
offer for patients as well as for all restaurants and take-away deliveries - Independent planning and organizing of the station
- Supporting and supervising the assigned employees
- Assistance as a relief on all kitchen stations if needed, including serving in the staff restaurant
- Conscientious implementation of the hygiene concept
- Assistance in inventory management and ordering
