The Spitex of the Bülach region is the outpatient business area of the Stiftung Alterszentrum Region Bülach. As a public Spitex, we provide services with around 75 employees in the areas of regular care, palliative care, psychiatry, dementia, wound care, and housekeeping. Our Spitex serves 5 municipalities with about 36,000 inhabitants.
From January 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a
Spitex Manager 80 - 100%
(Member of the management team)
In this versatile leadership role, you will take overall responsibility for the Spitex area. You will directly manage 3 department heads as well as 5 employees in dispatch and, together with them, ensure high-quality outpatient care. - Good business management knowledge as well as confident use of common IT programs (MS Office, Perigon an advantage)
- Analytical skills and networked thinking
