Your contribution to success:
- Responsible for the entire quotation process (repairs, conversions, remodeling orders)
- Independent handling and management of projects
- Holistic coordination with external partners and suppliers
- Monitoring project progress and preparing project-related documents
- Purchasing project-specific materials, components, and assemblies
- Providing work instructions to service technicians on site for smooth operations
- Contact person for technical support of our service technicians
- Creating project analyses and post-calculations
- Deriving optimization potentials based on evaluations and taking measures
- Maintaining and further developing technical documents and service materials
- Developing and implementing optimization measures in the service process -
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the HVAC industry
- Several years of professional experience in refrigeration and heating technology
- Solid experience in technical implementation and project management
- Technical understanding and experience in handling customer orders and service processes
- Willingness to take responsibility and independently drive topics forward
- Structured and networked thinking with a focus on essentials
- Goal-oriented, organized, and solution-focused working style
- Trustworthy, loyal with convincing doer qualities and high social competence
- Upbeat, team-oriented, friendly, and communicative personality
- German language skills in spoken and written form as well as proficient use of MS Office
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
- Driver's license category B
