Your Tasks
- Diagnostics as well as performing complex and elective ENT procedures, including the latest microsurgical and endoscopic techniques
- Care and consultation of patients (m/f/d) in the outpatient clinic, including diagnostics, therapy planning, and follow-up care
- Supervision and mentoring of assistant physicians (m/f/d), promotion of professional development, and regular training sessions within the department
- Close cooperation with other specialist departments (e.g., radiology, anesthesia, neurology) for holistic patient care
- Participation in the further development of treatment standards, implementation of new guidelines, and participation in clinical audits
- Support in clinical studies and research projects to advance the department scientifically
Your Profile
- Completed specialist training in otorhinolaryngology, ideally with initial experience in a leadership position
- Solid experience in operative and outpatient ENT care
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Enjoy leading an interdisciplinary team, strong communication skills, and empathy
- Interest in medical advancement and participation in research projects
