What you can achieve with us
- You review IV benefits in the areas of pensions, helplessness compensation, and assistance contributions, taking into account health, economic, and personal factors.
- You conduct interviews on site – whether at home, at the workplace, or in care facilities.
- Based on the information from the insured persons and the medical records, you prepare reports in compliance with legal requirements.
- You inform applicants about the eligibility requirements and write statements on objections and complaints within the framework of legal proceedings.
Which skills are important to us
- You have a professional qualification in social insurance or healthcare.
- Alternatively, you have a commercial education with further training in social insurance law.
- You can understand complex legal issues and write reports clearly and precisely.
- Written and administrative tasks are among your strengths.
- Your training as a social insurance specialist enables you to comprehensively understand situations and classify them legally correctly.
- In personal and written communication, you communicate clearly, understandably, and comprehensibly, which builds trust.
- You possess a category B driving license.
- We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so active knowledge of the other language is desired.

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks
