About the job
As a complement to our management team at tibits Winterthur, we are looking for an experienced Deputy Head Chef by arrangement. You enjoy managing several hotspots simultaneously and love direct contact with the team and our guests at the buffet. You are a person who gladly shares your expertise as a certified chef, values close exchange with management, and works together as a team. You also do not forget during your daily work that a healthy dose of humor and joy of life are important ingredients, then you are the right addition to our team. In the first few months, you will be introduced to our basics, products, and processes and will go through all employee levels up to Deputy Head Chef.Your Buffet:
- Personnel and professional leadership of about 10 production employees together with the head chef
- Active participation in the kitchen
- Deputizing for the head chef during absences
- Recruitment
- Creating work schedules
- Co-designing, consolidating, and implementing workflows and processes
- Co-responsible for the entire production process & inventory management
- Implementation of the specified production basics & co-responsibility for occupational safety in production
- Compliance with goods and personnel cost targets as well as creditor control
- Implementation of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Responsibility and recording of the monthly inventory
