Activities
Management and coordination of the assembly team on the construction site as well as planning and supervision of the assembly work. Ensuring proper execution according to technical plans, adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Contact person for construction management, project management, and customers on site as well as control of materials, work progress, and reporting.Requirements
- Professional training in the construction industry, e.g., as a facade builder, metalworker, roofer, carpenter, or joiner
- Further training as a group leader or site manager, experience in construction with building envelopes
- Flair in dealing with customers and employees, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Mobile (driver's license category B)
