Your Tasks
As the deputy head of department, you take co-responsibility for the professional, personnel, and organizational management of one of our orthopedic departments.
- You are the contact person for our doctors as well as for our patients and their relatives.
- You share responsibility for the staffing plan, adhere to the department budget, and structure and coordinate processes resource-oriented together with the department management.
- In addition to such coordination and planning tasks, you also work directly in nursing (shift work).
Your Profile
- You are a certified nursing professional (FH/HF) and have acute care experience.
- You have a strong interest in leadership or have already gained initial leadership experience.
- You are an open, structured, and resilient personality with pronounced professional, social, and leadership skills, capable of empowering and supporting employees.
- You approach conflicts solution-oriented and promote the employees' personal responsibility.
- You have team spirit, think and act networked, and are self-initiated.
- High conscientiousness and strong quality awareness complete your profile.
