Your tasks
- Seminar management of continuing education programs at the level of owners, managing directors, and executives from/in SMEs and owner-managed companies: conceptual and content development, overall operational responsibility and project management, support of participants as teaching and learning companions.
- Active sales and acquisition of participants, support of marketing events; support of the marketing activities of the entire KMU institute
Your profile
- A completed degree from a university of applied sciences or university, ideally in business administration or economics with a focus on marketing, preferably with practical experience
- Flair and interest in the issues of entrepreneurs from SMEs and family businesses, with personal or family SME background
- Strong customer-oriented thinking and acting, sales flair, and a winning personal appearance externally
- Empathetic organizational talent and flexible problem-solving skills
- Team player with an independent and reliable working style
- Excellent German skills and stylistic confidence in expression, additional language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work for our customers on some Saturdays (with compensation possibility); driving license required
