For the interdisciplinary obesity consultation, which is affiliated with the Department of Diabetology/Endocrinology, we are looking for a
Senior Physician General Internal Medicine FMH
(Job sharing possible) 50–100%
at the Burgdorf location immediately or by arrangement.
Your new challenge
You will take on a central role in the diagnosis and care of people with obesity – also in the context of bariatric procedures. In close collaboration with our bariatric surgeons and nutritional counseling, you ensure holistic, coordinated care.
You actively contribute to the further development of our interdisciplinary obesity center and shape a future-oriented treatment offering with your commitment. Depending on your interest, co-care of patients with diabetological and endocrinological issues is also possible.
What you bring
- FMH specialist title in General Internal Medicine or an equivalent qualification
- Interest in the field of obesity and nutrition, possibly experience in this specialty
