Project Manager in Smart Building Electricity VD

• You report to the department head
• You have all the skills to manage a project in its entirety
• In direct contact with clients, you accompany them from the study phase through to the follow-up and acceptance of the sites
• You supervise the execution of your projects while respecting quality, safety, deadlines, and costs
• You manage your budget until the final result and effectively lead your team
• Higher education in electricity (Federal Certificate or equivalent), federal mastery is an asset
• You have significant experience of at least 5 years in business management and a good knowledge of the local market
• Living in the Vaud region for several years (Switzerland or Permit C), having a good commercial knowledge of the Vaud sector. You will know how to retain and develop the portfolio of current clients
• You have an excellent command of French both orally and in writing and have good knowledge of English; German would be an asset
• You possess solid foundations in project, commercial, and human management
• Your ability to lead, your autonomy, and your sense of responsibility will be assets for success in this position
• Proficiency in office tools (Windows, Word, Excel...) and management (Office Manager) is necessary
• The position is based in Bussigny
• Driving license is essential
