Foreman / Supervisor (m/f)

In this role, you will be deployed on our construction sites and independently and/or under instruction carry out work. As the site supervisor, you are responsible for the reputation and appearance of the construction company on the front line.
Your main tasks include:
- Independently managing small and large construction projects
- Professional representation of KIBAG management on the construction site towards clients and our personnel
- Reporting via iPad of the team assigned to you
- Active participation on the construction sites assigned to you
- Polished, solution-oriented demeanor towards residents and project participants
- Close cooperation with the responsible construction manager
- Control and improvement of workflows and processes on the construction site
- Responsible for compliance with occupational safety and enforcement of regulations on the construction site as well as adherence to all relevant laws
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training in the main construction trade
- Further training as foreman/supervisor in civil engineering/special civil engineering or several years of professional experience as foreman/supervisor in civil engineering/special civil engineering
- Good knowledge of German
- Performance-oriented, team-capable, and resilient personality
