About the job

With around 190 employees, we run the innovative retirement center „Im Brüel“ with 126 residential and care places for people in their 3rd and 4th phases of life.

We are looking for the night watch team in the main house and dementia area starting immediately:

Your main task

• Comprehensive care & support of residents at night
• Taking over night responsibility in the residential area
• Management of the care process and assessment of care needs (Lobos system and RAI LTCF)
• Initiating and participating in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Conducting information and counseling talks with residents and their relatives
• Guiding employees

Your profile

• Completed training as FaGe, AGS or SRK
• Working night shifts
• Good IT skills required. Experience with the RAI LTCF classification system is an advantage
• High social competence, sense of responsibility, communication skills, flexibility and resilience
• Appreciative attitude, motivation and esprit
• Openness to the unexpected, creativity and team spirit
