Your main tasks
- File administration of our clients
- Processing of creditor and debtor invoices
- Quarterly billing and support notifications
- Insurance matters (health insurance, household and liability insurance, etc.)
- Issuing benefit decisions for dental treatments
- Correspondence and general secretarial work
- Telephone and counter services
- Cash management
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
- Proven practical professional experience
- Administrative knowledge and knowledge in social services are an advantage
- Good IT user skills (Word, Excel, Abacus, KLIB)
- Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Interest in the asylum and migration sector
