Deputy Head of Operations – At the Heart of the Action!

Your heart beats for the gastronomy industry? You bring solid experience in operational management and are looking for the next challenge in a leadership role. In this responsible position, you represent the Head of Operations during absences, ensure efficient processes in daily operations, and embody a high service mindset? Through your process-oriented thinking, you ensure optimal interface management and take responsibility for achieving goals. Your solution-oriented and structured way of working continuously creates creative opportunities for design. You have already worked in a comparable role and bring a packed backpack of practical experience, ideally in the field of system gastronomy or a similar concept. Especially important: You have already taken on personnel as well as professional leadership responsibilities and bring solid experience in this area – whether through practical experience or through appropriate further training.

Your monthly mise en place includes:

Responsibility: You work closely with the operations as well as central interfaces such as HR, F&B, Finance, and Marketing. Together you pursue the operational and strategic goals and implement them efficiently.
Service area: As the first point of contact for the operations, you maintain close communication with the teams on site. You develop creative ideas and pragmatic solutions for the challenges in the operations. The willingness to regularly commute to our locations is a matter of course for you.
Hands-on mentality: You like to be at the heart of the action in the operations and never lose sight of the pragmatic approach. You support and act goal-oriented in challenging leadership topics.
Leadership and teamwork: You take responsibility, lead with clarity and empathy, and enjoy working with diverse personalities on an equal footing. You manage to keep an overview even in complex situations and develop viable solutions together.
