About the job
Team Leader Integration (80% - 100%)
Your task is demanding and versatile.
There is a double opportunity for this exciting role. For further organizational adjustment, we are looking for two integral leadership personalities for our integration teams of the IV office. In one team, the coordination of inter-institutional cooperation (IIZ) will be the focus of integration.
You each lead a team of around 15 employees from integration specialists. Together with your team, you are responsible for implementing the legal mandate "Integration before and after retirement" and support clients with the goal of maintaining the existing job or enabling professional re-entry into the primary labor market. The integration team sees itself as a link between insured persons and employers and involves important internal and external partners in the integration process.
As a team leader, you support your team in effectively and efficiently deploying the services of the IV office. You are the contact person for questions about social insurance benefits and convey the concept of networked counseling. You work closely with experts, fellow team leaders, and process management. Together, you discuss and develop solutions and attitudes in line with corporate goals. You are interested in economic contexts, enjoy working in working groups or projects, and take pleasure in committing yourself to the successful implementation of corporate goals and in promoting your employees personally and professionally.
You convince us with your skills.
You have a university degree or a commercial basic education with qualified further training (e.g., business administration training or case management). In addition, you already have professional experience in the field of labor integration. It is an advantage if you have already gained some leadership experience.
Further expectations, for us these are basics: You have a quick grasp, are solution-oriented, open to change, and handle different interests constructively. As an integral leadership personality, you have a positive view of people and a healthy critical eye on yourself. You know how to create a work environment where employees have freedom and can contribute ideas for improvements. You promote dialogue at eye level and are not afraid to convey clear messages in a respectful manner. You are convinced that mutual constructive feedback is an opportunity for development. Whether orally or in writing, you enjoy communicating and do so very well. Last but not least: Of course, we want supervisors who are innovative, think holistically, are strong in implementation, and flexible. Do you want to make a difference? Then you are right with us.
We offer a lot.
