- Ensure hot and cold production, salad buffet, and dessert setup.
- Prepare and validate orders while receiving and controlling goods.

Skills
- CFC in cooking with 5 years of experience in collective catering.
- Strong understanding of HACCP standards and practices.
- Excellent French proficiency; other languages are a plus.

About the job
Your responsibilities
- Ensure hot and cold production, salad buffet and dessert setup
- Prepare and validate orders, receive and check goods
- Delivery and service to guests (open kitchen) at an external site
- Contribute to the monthly inventory and proper stock management
- Perform cleaning and tidying tasks in strict compliance with HACCP standards
Your profile
- Cook CFC and minimum 5 years of experience in collective catering (including 3 years in a similar position)
- Training and mastery of HACCP standards
- Excellent command of French (another language is an asset)
- Dynamic, smiling, customer service oriented
- Driving license essential
- Experience in gourmet cuisine appreciated
