Site Manager Installation 100% (m/f/d)
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Overall responsibility for the Zurich site and responsibility for achieving the budgeted metrics such as sales, gross profit, and contribution margin
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of direct reports including developing, planning, allocating, managing, and recruiting personnel resources in the area of responsibility (including apprentices) approx. 180 employees
- Acquisition of (strategic) projects as well as support for supervisors and subordinates in this matter
- Participation in offer discussions, award negotiations, and inspections
- Maintenance and strengthening of customer relationships
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed further training as a federally certified electrical installer or as a certified technician HF (with expertise)
- Relevant and many years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function
- Strong relationships with electrical planners and potential clients from the Zurich / Aargau area
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Negotiation skills as well as assertiveness
- Open, extroverted, and resilient personality
