Site Manager Installation 100% (m/f/d)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Overall responsibility for the Zurich site and responsibility for achieving the budgeted metrics such as sales, gross profit, and contribution margin
Technical and disciplinary leadership of direct reports including developing, planning, allocating, managing, and recruiting personnel resources in the area of responsibility (including apprentices) approx. 180 employees
Acquisition of (strategic) projects as well as support for supervisors and subordinates in this matter
Participation in offer discussions, award negotiations, and inspections
Maintenance and strengthening of customer relationships

YOUR PROFILE

Completed further training as a federally certified electrical installer or as a certified technician HF (with expertise)
Relevant and many years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function
Strong relationships with electrical planners and potential clients from the Zurich / Aargau area
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Negotiation skills as well as assertiveness
Open, extroverted, and resilient personality
