Tasks
You promote and support children on behalf of school special education according to a systemic, integrative understanding. You are in exchange with the experienced teacher and serve as a consultant for both the teacher and the parents. You use the opportunity to work in different settings.
In the school building, you meet people interested in development and innovation. You are part of a larger MR team and find the opportunity there to exchange professionally, share problems, and develop interdisciplinary solutions in defined forums.
Requirements
- EDK-recognized diploma in special education or in training for it or...
- trained teacher with experience in cycle 2, interest in further education/ professional advice in school special education
- willingness for close cooperation with class teacher- parents- specialist offices- school management
- sensitive and benevolent communication
- humor
- courage to leave gaps
