The Rhyschänzli Group began in 2008 in a small "Baiz" in the St. Johanns district of Basel. Led with heart and mind, the Rhyschänzli restaurant soon became an indispensable part of the Basel gastronomy scene and forms the centerpiece of the group, which now comprises seven businesses.

Your profile
You have a commercial or gastronomic basic education or are a student and have already gained initial experience in administrative work.
You are motivated, committed, and eager to learn. You work independently and like to take responsibility for your work. Additionally, you work precisely and efficiently and can organize yourself well.
With your friendly, polite, and open manner, you succeed in building a good rapport with all interest groups. Solidarity and helpfulness motivate you to support your teammates even in tasks beyond your area of responsibility.
Flawless German skills in spoken and written form are a must; additional languages are a plus.

- Email correspondence
- Processing personnel entries and exits for the Rhyschänzli Group
- Handling sickness and accident cases
- Processing forms and order-specific matters
- Payroll preparation and follow-up
- Independent handling of monthly closings
- Assistance with annual closings
- Maintaining lists, creating documents, writing texts
- Scanning and filing documents
