Concierge 15-40% (m/f/d)
Work shifts are part-time between 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (Friday/Saturday until 11:30 p.m.), as well as Sunday shifts from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Depending on the workload, you take on two to three shifts per week. During holiday cover, increased presence of up to 40-50% is possible.
Your main tasks:- You always welcome and assist our guests and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, creating an inviting atmosphere in the reception area.
- You handle simple administrative tasks such as check-ins, processing inquiries, and forwarding information to internal departments.
- You conduct regular patrols, ensure order and safety in the building, and respond appropriately to incidents.
- You coordinate services such as taxi or restaurant reservations and are always competently available to guests for questions.
- You receive deliveries and ensure careful handover to the next shift.
- Ideally, you have experience in reception, hospitality, or security and present yourself in a neat and professional manner.
- You enjoy working independently, remain calm even in demanding situations, and always act in a service-oriented way.
- You have very good German skills - English or other languages are an advantage.
- You are responsible, reliable, and always keep an overview even in the evenings or on weekends.
- A respectful attitude towards guests and colleagues, discretion, and a strong sense of duty complete your profile.
