Unisto designs, produces, and distributes attractive presentation items worldwide for well-known brand products and manufactures high-quality security seals. We are a long-term oriented, internationally operating family business based at Lake Constance and employ about 130 people in Horn and over 600 worldwide.

• Analysis and optimization of business processes through the use of modern IT solutions
• Evaluation and implementation of customized software solutions in collaboration with various departments for our local site and our sister companies
• Introduction, further development, and support of ERP systems and other applications
• Conducting training and support for key users and end users
• Management of the Google Workspace environment of the Unisto Group
• Preparation of reports and evaluations to support local and group-wide corporate management
• Leadership of the IT department

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in business informatics, application management, or similar and in the execution of IT projects
• Sound knowledge in the analysis and modeling of business processes
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Comarch) and database management
• Strong analytical skills and structured working method
• Networked and entrepreneurial thinking
• Leadership experience
• Very good language skills in German and English
