Experienced Construction Manager

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a construction manager, HF technician in building construction, or an equivalent qualification, or are currently in training
• Several years of construction management experience with diverse and demanding building projects
• Independent working style, assertiveness

Your Challenges

• Comprehensive management of demanding general contractor/subcontractor buildings up to turnkey handover
• Responsibility for on-site construction management
• Responsible for organizing the construction process and scheduling
• Support in the area of performance descriptions (specifications)
• As a contact person, you are available to external and internal customers, architects, specialist planners,
  authorities, contractors, and craftsmen
