Activities
- Programming, setting up, and operating 5-axis turning/milling centers
- Manufacturing workpieces from nickel- and cobalt-based alloy materials and inspecting parts
- Manufacturing clamping jigs, fixtures, and prototypes according to AVOR specifications
- Independent programming at the machine and at the CAM workstation
- Maintaining order and cleanliness at the equipment and machines, performing standard maintenance on the systems
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as CNC milling machine operator or polymechanic
- Several years of professional experience
- Solid knowledge in mechanical processing
- CAM experience required, preferably Mastercam
- Experience with nickel-based alloys is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
